Handling Public Comments with Professionalism

Sometimes, customers may leave negative comments on your referral posts. That’s okay — and how we respond matters most.

At Southern Industries Home Improvements, we are committed to delivering The Red Carpet Experience. When we miss the mark, it’s not a time to debate — it’s an opportunity to show how seriously we take customer care.

🚫 Please do not:

• Argue or debate with the customer in comments.
• Post long explanations or personal opinions.
• Attempt to defend the company publicly.

✅ Please do:

• Respond kindly and professionally.
• Use our approved language below to refer the customer to our Customer Care team.
